Black & White Potrait



this tutorial is how to make a a potrial like this

               This the image we will work on
        


Step 1
           
In step one we apply the hue and saturation to the image .You can go to hue-saturation like this 

                              

after clicking on that you have to put the values like this
Step 2
                   now u have to make a compostie layer on top of all by pressing

                                       shift+ctrl+alt+e


                                

Step 3
                  now we have to apply gaussian blur .You can apply gaussian blur like this 



now you have to set the value of a gausian blur its up to image guality if u have a good quality image apply the higher amount if you have low quality image set the value low i put 18 coz my image is average 



change the opacity to 35%


Step 4

     now we put a layer musk to undo the blur effect on the glasses and nose to make it visible .we can put a layer mask like this 

                                
now take a soft black brush and paint the glasses and nose you will see it becoming non blur like this 



Step 5
              now u have to make again a  compostie layer on top of all by pressing

                                       shift+ctrl+alt+e


Step 6
           now you have to change the blending mode to multiply 

               
                      now duplicate the layer by pressing
                                           ctrl+J 


                           now merge the both layer by pressing
                                      ctrl+E


Step 7

             now again we putting the layer mask to make the skin brighter and we making the selection of the skin by magic tool like this 

                       

 right click the mouse and click on feature and put the value 


it will now look like this 

now use the paint bucket tool and fill the selection with it and deselect the selection it will now look like this
